What is the TikTok Shop Partner programme?

Mr. Prime is an accredited TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) in the UK. The programme lets us launch, scale and manage TikTok Shop accounts at a deeper level than a standard agency — direct relationships with TikTok account managers, early access to features, and creator network reach we wouldn't otherwise have.

Do you only accept brands that meet certain criteria?

For the equity track, yes. We're selective on the brands we acquire or take a stake in — typically brands with strong fundamentals on Amazon that haven't yet built a TikTok Shop motion. For the fee-based TSP service, the bar is lower: you need a viable product and a real brand story.

What stake do you take in acquired brands?

It varies case by case — usually a minority stake in exchange for operational equity (we run the TikTok Shop motion end-to-end). I built Mr. Prime out of 12 successful e-commerce exits, so the model we run is the one I learnt being on the founder side of each of those deals.

How is this different from your normal agency engagement?

Normal agency engagement is a monthly fee, you keep all the equity, we own delivery against a brief. The TSP acquisition track is the opposite — equity in exchange for full operational ownership of the TikTok Shop channel. Most brands prefer the fee model; a small number want the equity track.

The "Viral Lottery"
is Killing Your Profitability.

You open your TikTok Shop inbox and it’s flooded with 500 messages from "creators" begging for free samples. You send out thousands of pounds in inventory, only to receive low-quality, faceless videos that generate zero sales. Managing affiliates without an agency isn't marketing—it's a full-time administrative headache that eats your profit margins.
