Our free tools

The Profit X-Ray, FBA calculator, ROAS calculator, business valuation calculator, listing checker and ROI calculator run in your browser. The numbers you enter and any report you load are not sent to us or stored by us. If you choose to book a call from a tool, the short summary it shows is added to your Calendly booking so we can prepare; you can edit or remove it before you book.

Who we share it with

We use suppliers who process personal data for us under contract and only on our instructions:

  • Booking and email: Calendly (bookings), Brevo (email), Zapier (moving enquiries into our systems), Close (our client relationship system).
  • Website and security: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on our form), YouTube (videos, only when you press play).
  • Measurement and advertising, only with your consent: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads; Hotjar; Meta; LinkedIn; Microsoft Advertising; X; ClickCease (click-fraud protection); RB2B (business visitor identification). Usercentrics (Cookiebot) records your cookie choices.
  • Chat: Tawk.to.
  • Payments: if you pay for a service online, Stripe processes the card payment. We never see or store your full card number.

We may also share data with professional advisers, with authorities where the law requires it, and with a buyer if all or part of our business is sold. We never sell personal data.

International transfers

Some of these suppliers process data outside the UK, mostly in the United States and the European Economic Area. When they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified US companies) or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and bookings that do not lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact.
  • Client records: for the length of the contract and 6 years after it ends, as UK tax law requires for financial records.
  • Website measurement data: as set in each tool; Google Analytics keeps it for no more than 14 months.
  • Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only what we need to respect that choice.

How we protect it

Access is limited to people who need it for their work and governed by our information security policy, which requires individual accounts and two-step verification on business-critical systems.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct it if it is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete it, or restrict how we use it;
  • send it to you or another organisation in a portable format;
  • stop using it for a purpose based on our legitimate interests;
  • stop sending you direct marketing (we will always do this).

Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, for cookies through the cookie settings link at the foot of every page. Email loran@mrprime.com to use any right. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right; we acknowledge complaints within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
