Revenue tripled, across the range

We set the account up and its first sales came in April 2025, so the fair comparison is April to August in both years: revenue up 204%, units up 313.8%.

The growth runs across the range: the A3 snap frame 10-pack up 114%, the A4 10-pack up 143%, the A3 5-pack up 488% and the A4 black 10-pack up 289%. Only one product in the top twenty is flat and none is materially down.

A second product family, and efficient advertising

A stainless-steel ventilation range entered the top twenty this year from no prior sales, giving the account a second family beyond snap frames.

Advertising returned 9.7, 7.1 and 6.5 times spend across June, July and August, with total advertising cost at 6.1% of all sales in August.

What we did

We set the account up in early 2025. Its first sales came in April 2025.

  1. Early 2025Set up the Australian account, using Deflecto’s UK listing content as the base.
  2. Feb–Mar 2026Ran deals, which sold between 18 February and 19 March.
  3. Jul 2026Restructured advertising into tiers: the A4 snap frame 10-pack and the stainless hooded vents moved to the top tier to scale, vents got a separate low-cost strategy, and products with no sales came out.
  4. Jul–Aug 2026Rewrote product titles to 75 characters or fewer.
