Big growth from an already big account
JDL Fragrances was already a meaningful Amazon business when we took it on. Growing it further took more than basic optimisation: a catalogue of more than 150 products, several brands and fierce competition in fragrance.
From one brand to a multi-brand engine
Monthly sales grew 583% from July 2024 to December 2025, the seasonal peak. Five more brands and 60 new products went live, widening what the account could sell and cross-sell.
The best-selling product climbed from #75 to #2 in the men’s perfume category in under 12 months. By June 2026 sessions were five times their starting level, and conversion had risen from 5.08% to 7.14%, so the extra traffic turned into sales.
What we did
We took the account on in July 2024, when it was already a meaningful Amazon business.
- CatalogueASIN analysis, a best-seller review and product-by-product opportunity mapping, so the effort went where the account had most room to move.
- ListingsMore than 150 products optimised, with stronger keyword targeting and a deliberate move towards new audiences and collections.
- AdvertisingPay-per-click rebuilt across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
- Expansion60 new products and five more brands launched, with launch support, competitor monitoring and monthly reporting.
