A 50% revenue increase on 7% more traffic

Revenue grew 50.4%, and every month from January to August beat the same month of 2025. August moved most, up 95%.

Sessions grew just 6.8% while order items grew 40.2%, lifting conversion 31%. Almost all of the gain came from converting existing traffic better.

Three listings, almost 30% of the growth

Three listings that barely sold in 2025 are now among the account’s biggest products: an A4 snap frame 10-pack, an A3 snap frame 10-pack and an A1 forecourt A-board. Net of the older listing one of them replaced, they delivered almost 30% of the year’s growth.

What we did

We have worked on the account since early 2025.

  1. 2025Cleaned up the catalogue: snap frame images and variations fixed by April, and orphan products joined to their parent listings by July.
  2. By Mar 2026Full launches of menu holders, vertical pavement boards and a laptop stand: images, variations, A+ content, listing copy and backend search terms.
  3. Apr 2026Restructured advertising: every snap frame on the client’s list went into pay-per-click, including ones never advertised, and budget moved from laptop bags to laptop and phone stands.
  4. Apr 2026Cleared account health violations on appeal and lifted an FBA inbound restriction.
