The best Amazon agencies in the UK: 10 compared on reviews, pricing and proof

We run one of these agencies, so we list it first and say so. Every review figure and competitor price comes from a public page, dated and linked, read on one day. We left in the places where others beat us.

The short answer

The agency we would choose is Mr. Prime, for founder-led UK brands selling about £1m to £10m a year on Amazon who want to be judged on net profit, because our fee includes a share of growth and some brands qualify for commission-only. We own it, so weigh that. On public reviews, Lezzat, Ecommerce Intelligence and Sitruna lead, each with more than 60 reviews across Google, Trustpilot and Clutch. Reflex Consultancy and WAKE Commerce publish the clearest prices, and WAKE is built for Vendor Central brands in fast-moving consumer goods. We found no independent UK ranking, so check reviews, price and contract yourself.

Key takeaways

  1. Mr. Prime is listed first because this is our site and we own it. The other nine run in alphabetical order. No agency paid to appear, and we gave no scores.
  2. On reviews, Lezzat (80 in total), Ecommerce Intelligence (65) and Sitruna (64) are well ahead of the other seven, including us (15).
  3. We can state a management fee for only three of the ten: Mr. Prime, Reflex Consultancy and WAKE Commerce. On £80,000 of monthly sales at an 18% margin, those fees need 6.7% to 24.3% growth to pay for themselves.
  4. Most ‘best agency’ lists are not neutral. In the six agency-written lists we read, the publisher’s own agency came first, and Clutch, Sortlist and Semrush each say paid options can affect where an agency appears.
  5. Before you sign, ask for three things in writing: every fee, the minimum term and notice period, and who owns the accounts and data when you leave.

From Robert Prime and the Mr. Prime team, who run Amazon and TikTok Shop for 45+ brands: £2.5m of ad spend across our client accounts in the last 12 months, returning £4.00 of ad-attributed sales for each £1 of ads. That is return on ad spend, not profit, and these are our own figures.

Search for the best Amazon agency in the UK and you mostly get lists written by agencies. This one is too, so we say that first and show the numbers, including the ones where we lose.

How we judged them

We applied the same five tests to all ten, and report each where we found something.

  • Public reviews. Rating and number of reviews on Google, Trustpilot and Clutch, read on each platform’s own page. A testimonial on an agency’s own site does not count.
  • Pricing structure. What you can find out before a sales call, and how the fee behaves as you grow.
  • Contract. The minimum term and notice period, where the agency states them.
  • Fit. Who the agency says it serves, and whether it handles Seller Central, Vendor Central or both.
  • Checkable proof. A company we could match at Companies House, and its partner status in Amazon’s own directory. Agency claims are labelled as claims.

We did not test anyone’s work. We have not seen their accounts, so we cannot tell you whose clients do best. Few people outside an agency can, which is why the last section is about how to find out for yourself.

What clears the bar

These lines are our view of what good looks like. Use them on anyone, including us.

Figures are the rating, then the number of reviews in brackets. “Not found” means we did not find a profile or rating, not that none exists. Our Google count leaves out one rating from a member of our team. Sources are in each agency’s entry below.

The ten agencies

The “Pick this if” and “Look elsewhere if” lines are our reading of how each agency describes itself and what it publishes, not a judgement of its work.

Mr. Prime (ours, listed first)

Based in Worthing. We run Amazon, TikTok Shop and Shopify for founder-led and family-owned brands as one team, and we judge the work on the net profit the client keeps. Our core client sells about £1m to £10m a year on Amazon.

  • Reviews: Google shows 4.6 from 11 reviews2. One of those 5-star ratings came from a member of our team, so we count it out, which leaves 4.6 from 10. One review is 1-star, from a former client who said we missed commitments and communicated badly. It is public, and you should read it. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 5 reviews, all 5-star and all posted in late April 2026; its score is not a plain average1. We have no reviews on Clutch3. That is thin: three agencies below have four times as many or more.
  • Price: starting at £1,750 a month, plus a share of the growth we add. The share is set in the proposal, so ask for the percentage and the baseline before you compare us with anyone. Brands we are confident we can grow can qualify for commission-only management, with no fixed monthly fee.
  • Contract: monthly rolling with 30 days’ notice. Commission-only is 12 months, then rolling, because we fund the first months of work ourselves.
  • Proof: £2.5m of ad spend across client accounts in the last 12 months, returning £4.00 of ad-attributed sales for each £1 of ads (return on ad spend, not profit), and named client results. These are our own figures, not an independent audit.
  • Named results: Amazon UK revenue for January to August 2026 against the same months of 2025: CliniMed +165.5%, Ann Summers +56.5% and Deflecto Europe +50.4%. We took Ann Summers on in February 2026, so its first weeks came before us. Each page lists what we did and when.
  • Status: Simon and Prime Ltd at Companies House43. We take part in the Amazon Ads partner programme and hold an Amazon Ads award you can check44, but we did not find a Mr. Prime listing when we searched Amazon’s partner directory by name29. The agencies below that show a badge there are ahead of us on that test.

Why we would choose ourselves (our view). We set each campaign’s limit from the product’s margin, and we show you the sum. Our fee includes a share of growth, or is all commission if you qualify, so what we earn rises when the client’s sales rise. Other agencies price differently, and a fixed fee is easier to budget. If you want a large review record before you speak to anyone, three agencies below are stronger on that today.

  • Pick this if: you run a founder-led or family-owned brand at about £1m to £10m a year on Amazon, and want the fee tied to growth.
  • Look elsewhere if: you sell far below that, want a wholly fixed fee, or want a long public review record first.

Ecommerce Intelligence (Chris Turton Ecommerce)

Shrewsbury and Birmingham. It describes itself as a “UK-based Amazon agency” handling Seller and Vendor accounts across the UK, EU and US.

  • Reviews: Google 4.8 from 206, Trustpilot 4.7 from 28, 27 of them 5-star, with the one low review dated 20214, and Clutch 5.0 from 175. The strongest spread of the ten, with no platform that lags.
  • Price: not published on the pages we read. Its Amazon directory profile lists a minimum monthly budget of £2,00033.
  • Pick this if: you want Seller or Vendor management and care most about reviews from past clients.
  • Look elsewhere if: you want a published fee before you speak to anyone.

Lezzat

Registered in England, with offices in Reading and Athens. It covers Seller and Vendor accounts, and limits its free audit to sellers doing over £500,000 a year on Amazon10.

  • Reviews: the most in this guide. Google 4.8 from 499, Trustpilot 4.6 from 187, Clutch 5.0 from 138.
  • Price: not published. Its terms say fees are set in the signed proposal and that a minimum term may apply10. Ask what it is.
  • Pick this if: you are an established seller or vendor who wants a full-service team with a long review record.
  • Look elsewhere if: you sell well under £500,000 a year on Amazon, or want a published fee.

Market Rocket

London. Amazon alongside TikTok and wider digital work11.

  • Reviews: Google 5.0 from 1112, Clutch 5.0 from 411. No Trustpilot profile found.
  • Price: retainers not published on its site. Its Amazon directory profile says “Custom package” with a minimum monthly budget of £2,50013.
  • Pick this if: you want Amazon and wider marketing from one London agency.
  • Look elsewhere if: you want a published retainer.

Melody

London. A broader marketing agency with an Amazon team, trading name of Simpson Mahoney Parrock Ltd14.

  • Reviews: Google 5.0 from 215. No Trustpilot or Clutch profile found.
  • Price: not published. Its business terms refer to fixed terms and notice periods set in each agreement14.
  • Pick this if: you want Amazon joined up with creative and performance work.
  • Look elsewhere if: you want a published fee or several public reviews to check.

Online Seller UK

UK Online Seller Ltd, with a registered office in Wales42. It mixes management with one-to-one consulting and training, and says it specialises in health, beauty, grocery, supplements and gated categories17.

  • Reviews: no Trustpilot or Clutch profile found, and we did not find a Google listing by name. Its own site displays 182 reviews, the newest we could see from 202117. We could not check them elsewhere, which does not mean they are not genuine.
  • Price: “a fixed competitive rate”, with no figure on its site17. Its Amazon directory profile says project-based, with a minimum monthly budget of £1,00016.
  • Pick this if: you want advice or training, not only a managed service.
  • Look elsewhere if: you want a published fee or public reviews to check.

Reflex Consultancy

London, incorporated in 202241. A boutique that says “senior specialists manage your account directly"40.

  • Reviews: no Trustpilot or Clutch profile found, and we did not find a Google listing by name. Testimonials on its site are its own.
  • Price: the clearest fee table of the ten. Full service runs £960 to £1,200 a month for up to 10 parent ASINs, £1,200 to £1,999 for 11 to 25, and from £1,999 for more18. Advertising only is banded by ad spend: £450 to £600 a month up to £5,000 of spend, £700 to £1,000 for £5,000 to £15,000, and from £1,200 above that, each plus a £500 set-up fee19.
  • Contract: 3-month minimum, then rolling monthly18.
  • Pick this if: you have a smaller range and want a known price before the first call.
  • Look elsewhere if: you need public reviews to check. We found none, so ask for client references.

Sitruna

London. It claims the “largest team of ex-Amazonians in the UK"34, and came first below the sponsored slot in Clutch’s UK Amazon list on the day we read it35.

  • Reviews: Google 4.9 from 2722, Trustpilot 4.7 from 2420, Clutch 4.6 from 13, including one 1-star review from 202421.
  • Price: three named packages36, with no prices on the pages we read. Clutch shows a minimum project of $1,000+21.
  • Pick this if: you are a Seller Central brand of almost any size and want one team across ads, content and operations.
  • Look elsewhere if: you want a published fee. Its home page does not mention Vendor Central, so vendors should ask first.

Smollan (formerly Optimizon)

London, and now part of a global group. Optimizon rebranded to Smollan on 1 September 2026, and says day-to-day client relationships are unchanged23. It manages Vendor, Seller and hybrid accounts37.

  • Reviews: Google 5.0 from 124. No reviews on Trustpilot39, and Clutch shows no rating38.
  • Price: not published. Clutch shows a minimum project of $5,000+38.
  • Pick this if: you are a large consumer brand and want a group with reach across many markets.
  • Look elsewhere if: you want an independent boutique or a published fee.

WAKE Commerce

London. Its focus is fast-moving consumer goods on Vendor Central, for “Established And Challenger Brands With £1M+ Annual Amazon Revenue"26.

  • Reviews: Google 5.0 from 227. No Trustpilot profile or Clutch reviews found.
  • Price: published, though two pages differ. The pricing page says “starting from £3,500 per month” for Vendor Central management25, while the home page says “typically start from £3000 + VAT per month"26. Advertising alone is £1,000+ a month25, with no commission on ad spend26. Recovery work takes 15% of funds recovered25.
  • Contract: “We typically require a 3-month minimum contract"26.
  • Pick this if: you are an established vendor in consumer goods and want published prices and help recovering Amazon deductions.
  • Look elsewhere if: you sell under £1m a year on Amazon, or want several public reviews to check.

What reviews can and cannot tell you

If reviews are your first test, three agencies stand clear: Lezzat, Ecommerce Intelligence and Sitruna. We are not one of them: we have asked too few clients for reviews. But read the numbers with care.

  • A review is an opinion, not an audit. Google’s listing says “Reviews aren’t verified"2, and Trustpilot says “we don’t fact-check reviews"1. Clutch says “Only verified reviews count” towards its delivery score30.
  • Small counts move fast. A 5.0 from two reviews tells you very little. Our own Trustpilot page shows five 5-star reviews and a score of 4.1, so the score is not a plain average.
  • Read the worst review first. Ours says we missed commitments and communicated badly. Ask any agency about its low reviews, and judge how it answers.
  • Recency matters. Look at how many reviews arrived in the last year. An agency’s clients today may have a different team from those who reviewed it in 2021.

What the stated fees really cost you

A monthly fee means little by itself. The test from our agency pricing guide is the growth a fee needs just to pay for itself.

Break-even growth

Break-even growth = monthly fee ÷ (monthly sales × margin on extra sales)

Margin here means what you keep on each extra £1 of sales after product cost, Amazon’s fees, VAT and the extra advertising. Run your own numbers in the agency ROI calculator.

Take a brand selling £80,000 a month with an 18% margin on extra sales, so each 1% of growth brings £144 of profit. This is an illustration. It leaves out any set-up fee and VAT, and it leaves out our share of growth, so our real cost is higher than shown once growth arrives.

Reflex, up to 10 parent ASINs (£960) 6.7%
Mr. Prime, starting fee (£1,750) 12.2%
WAKE, home page (£3,000 + VAT) 20.8%
WAKE, pricing page (£3,500) 24.3%
Illustration: monthly growth each stated fee needs to break even, on £80,000 of monthly sales at an 18% margin. Scopes differ: Reflex’s tier is for smaller ranges, and WAKE’s fees are for its channel management and Vendor Central work.

The sum: £960 ÷ £14,400 = 6.7%; £1,750 ÷ £14,400 = 12.2%; £3,000 ÷ £14,400 = 20.8%; £3,500 ÷ £14,400 = 24.3%. These services differ in scope, so the cheapest fee is not automatically the best value. The point is to run this sum on any quote, including ours, before you compare anything else.

The structure matters as much as the figure. A percentage of ad spend pays the agency more when you spend more, profitable or not. A fixed fee does not reward growth, though it is easy to budget. A share of growth ties the fee to results, but only if the baseline is written down first: which sales count, and from which months. Our choosing an agency guide covers the contract terms to ask for.

What is different about Amazon.co.uk

Some lists call an agency “UK” because it has a UK phone number. What matters is whether it works the UK sums without being asked. Ask any agency to show you one of your products with these lines on it:

  • VAT. If you are VAT-registered, one sixth of a VAT-inclusive price is not yours to keep.
  • The digital services fee. Amazon adds 2% to referral, closing and FBA fees on UK sales49.
  • The fuel and logistics surcharge. Amazon says it “will increase from 1.5% to 2%” of fulfilment fees from 2 November 202650.
  • Peak fees. Festive peak fulfilment fees apply to selected FBA orders from 15 October 2026 to 14 January 202750.

An agency that sets advertising limits without these lines is working from a margin you do not have. Our UK seller fees guide has the full list.

Why most “best agency” lists cannot settle this

We read six agency-written lists of the best UK Amazon agencies, from four publishers45464748. In all six, the publisher’s own agency came first. We have done the same thing, and we say so at the top.

Directories are not neutral either, though they are useful.

  • Clutch says its directories sort “Sponsored providers first, then Premier Verified, then Verified, then everyone else by Clutch Rank”, while its top-15 Leaders Matrix is “not affected or influenced by any of our paid offerings"30.
  • Sortlist’s help centre lists “the budget allocated on the visibility module” among its ranking areas32. That article dates from 2023, so check whether it still applies.
  • Semrush lists agencies that buy its platform, at “$90 per month"31.
  • Amazon’s directory says “Amazon does not endorse any partner or its services"29. It awards verified and advanced badges, and calls status “a data point in your selection process"28. In its directory, Sitruna and Smollan (listed as Optimizon) show as Advanced, and the other seven show as Verified. We did not find Mr. Prime there by name.

Amazon agencies in London

Six of the ten are in London: Market Rocket, Melody, Reflex Consultancy, Sitruna, Smollan and WAKE Commerce. Lezzat has an office in Reading, Ecommerce Intelligence in Shrewsbury and Birmingham, and Mr. Prime is in Worthing. Most of this work happens on shared dashboards and video calls, so in our view location should rarely decide it.

Who we left out

This is not every good agency in the UK. We left out generalist agencies with little or no Amazon service on their own site, agencies headquartered outside the UK, and agencies whose site names no company we could match at Companies House. We could not read Amazon’s Service Provider Network list, which needs a seller sign-in, so we have not checked anyone’s membership, including our own.

Ten questions to ask before you sign

Ask every agency the same ten, and get the answers in writing.

  1. Who works on my account each week, and how senior are they?
  2. What is every fee, including set-up, creative, tools and VAT?
  3. What is the minimum term and the notice period?
  4. Who owns the accounts, campaigns and data when I leave, and what do you hand back?
  5. Do you measure success on profit, sales or ad sales, and from which report?
  6. If you take a share of growth, what is the baseline, and which sales count?
  7. Which other brands in my category do you work with?
  8. Can you work out the margin on one of my products in front of me, with VAT and every Amazon fee?
  9. What will you have done by day 30, and what would make you tell me to stop?
  10. Which two current clients can I call without you on the line?

How to choose in one week

A one-week shortlist

  1. Decide what you are buyingSeller or Vendor, advertising only or the whole account, and the monthly sales you need to reach. Our guide to the five kinds of agency helps.
  2. Pick threeUse the table above, drop anyone who does not serve your model or size, and include one that is not on this list.
  3. Check them yourselfRead their low reviews, match them at Companies House and look them up in Amazon’s partner directory.
  4. Ask the same questionsSend all three the ten questions above, and compare the written answers.
  5. Speak to clientsCall the two current clients each one gives you, without the agency on the line.
  6. Run the sumWork out break-even growth for each quote with the agency ROI calculator, then ask each agency why that growth is realistic for your account.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Amazon agency in the UK?
We found no independent UK ranking, so any answer comes with a point of view. We would choose Mr. Prime for founder-led brands of about £1m to £10m a year on Amazon that want to be judged on net profit, and we own it. On public reviews, Lezzat, Ecommerce Intelligence and Sitruna lead. Reflex Consultancy and WAKE Commerce publish the clearest prices.
Why is Mr. Prime listed first?
Because this is our website and we own Mr. Prime. It is not the result of a score. The other nine agencies are in alphabetical order, and no agency paid to appear. On public reviews, three other agencies are clearly ahead of us, and the guide says so.
How much does an Amazon agency cost in the UK?
Of the ten, three management fees can be stated. Reflex Consultancy publishes £960 to £1,200 a month for up to 10 parent ASINs, rising with the range (source 18). Mr. Prime starts at £1,750 a month, plus a share of the growth we add. WAKE Commerce’s pricing page starts from £3,500 a month for Vendor Central management (source 25), and its home page says from £3,000 + VAT (source 26). Mr. Prime’s share of growth is set in the proposal, so ask for the percentage. Three others list a minimum monthly budget in Amazon’s directory, which may be an advertising budget and not a fee: £1,000 for Online Seller UK (source 16), £2,000 for Ecommerce Intelligence (source 33) and £2,500 for Market Rocket (source 13).
Can I trust Google, Trustpilot and Clutch reviews of agencies?
Use them as a starting point. Google’s listing says “Reviews aren’t verified” (source 2), and Trustpilot says “we don’t fact-check reviews” (source 1). Clutch says only verified reviews count towards its delivery score (source 30). Ask each agency for two current clients you can speak to, and read the low-star reviews first.
Does Amazon recommend Amazon agencies?
No. Its partner directory says “Amazon does not endorse any partner or its services” (source 29). Amazon does award verified and advanced badges, and describes partner status as “a data point in your selection process” (source 28). Treat a badge as one check among several.
Which Amazon agencies are based in London?
Of the ten in this guide, six are in London: Market Rocket, Melody, Reflex Consultancy, Sitruna, Smollan (formerly Optimizon) and WAKE Commerce. Lezzat has an office in Reading, Ecommerce Intelligence in Shrewsbury and Birmingham, and Mr. Prime is in Worthing.
How do I check an Amazon agency before signing?
Read its reviews on Google, Trustpilot and Clutch, match its name to Companies House, and look it up in Amazon’s partner directory. Then get every fee, the minimum term and the notice period in writing, and test the fee with our break-even sum: fee ÷ (monthly sales × margin on extra sales).

How this guide was made

Written by Robert Prime and reviewed by Stephen Harrison at Mr. Prime. We own Mr. Prime, which is listed first in this guide: read it with that in mind. No agency paid to appear. We used AI tools to help research and draft it; Robert edited it and takes responsibility for it. Every review figure and price was read on the platform’s or agency’s own page on 1 November 2026.

Every figure above links to the primary source it came from, and we recheck them when Amazon changes its fees or definitions. Read our editorial standards. Spotted something wrong? Tell us through our contact page and we will correct it and note the change here.

Robert Prime

About the author

CEO and co-founder, Mr. Prime

Robert has spent more than two decades building, growing and selling online businesses, including an Amazon brand he built and sold for seven figures.

His other exits include Telematics.com, sold to LexisNexis, and Remortgage.com. He co-owned UpDownDesk.com.au, growing it on Shopify alone from £12k to £350k a month before he exited, one of more than six Shopify businesses he has built and sold.

He sets and reviews the strategy for every Mr. Prime client, with the view of an operator who has sat on your side of the table.
